COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

If you are using in your products any trademark, logo, slogan, or service mark that is not owned by you then you are solely responsible for that not printinghost.com. We advise you, not to use any word, image, name, design, trademark, slogan, logo or any other copyrighted material in your products, unless you are authorize to use them. You have to give the warranty that your products do not violate any rights like trademark, copyrights, and other publicity rights of any third party and you will not vilify or libel any third party.


CUSTOMER CONTENT

You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via the PrintingHost. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The same policy is applicable for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owners’ exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work; PrintingHost’s policy also states that you cannot use explicit language or pornography on printed materials and merchandise.

First of all you must be clear that you are solely responsible for all the data and information that is being provided by you for your product. It might be images, logos, photographs, slogans or any other type of content that you provide through the website for printing, redesigning and editing. You are also liable to follow the local online rules and acceptable contents. Don’t upload, send or provide any content containing anything indecent, unlawful, and prohibited or any content that violates the rights of PrintingHost or any third party.

Printinghost.com cannot manage the material provided by the customer and does not provide the accuracy, reliability or quality of the material.

Printinghost.com is not responsible for in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Products and services, such as e-business cards, e-photo cards, and e-invitations are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

You understand that you control the privacy of any Content you elect to post by granting access under your personal password. When you, or someone to whom you have given access, orders a print item using your password, you grant Printinghost.com the world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display and create derivative works from the Content on the Service and on the printed product for the purposes of storing designs or processing print orders. This license exists only for the length of time necessary for Printinghost.com to complete your order or until you delete the Content from the Service.
You acknowledge that Printinghost.com does not pre-screen Content, but that Printinghost.com and its designers shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Printinghost.com may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

(a) Comply with legal process;

(b) Enforce the terms of service;

(c) Respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or

(d) Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Printinghost.com, its users and the public.


DESIGNING

Printinghost.com will only provide design files at 72 DPI (low resolution). If you want higher resolution or design files with different DPI then you have to purchase them. For more information please contact customer support.
Artwork provided by the Customer
Images, designs, and any other artwork must be provided in CMYK format having minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Printinghost.com is not accountable for any color changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. Printinghost.com is not responsible too for images printed as fuzzy, faint or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.

COLOR MATCHING & SCREEN PROOFING

Screen proofs accepted by the client will predict the design layout, text correctness, and image fraction and placement but they do not provide the best idea for the color matching and ink density. So Printinghost.com is not responsible for color matching or ink density on screen proofs permitted by the client.
We at printinghost.com will try our best to match the gradient density of each color in a duo-tone. Printinghost.com is not responsible for the final look of a duo-tone unless the customer orders a color match proof for that order/job. Printinghost.com is also not responsible for any change in the appearance of colors due to lamination on that product.

APPROVAL

Customer is totally liable for final proof and layout approval before the printing process.
PRINTINGHOST is NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
Misspelling Errors, Punctuation Errors, Grammar Errors
Graphics Orientation or Placement, Incorrect Fonts Usage, Wrong Die cuts or slits
Incorrect or Missing Folds, Finished Product Size


SECURITY

You agree to indemnify and secure printinghost.com, and all of its stakeholders like its subsidiaries, partners, employees, agents, co-branders, print vendors and successors, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to the Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the terms of service, or your violation of the rights of a third party.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Printinghost.com will only cancel your order prior to printing or shipping. But once your order is delivered and shipped then we will unable to cancel the order.
You can cancel the order via email or phone. Our customer service representative will inform you about the cancellation charges, according to the stage of the order. Here are some major stages in a printing process.
1) Online placed orders are verified with an e-mail confirmation.
2) Sent to design department and modified.
3) Sent to printing press for printing.
4) Finished products are shipped back to Printinghost.com and then shipped to the client.

All orders are cancelable prior to stage 3.
For cancellation in stage 1 = you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the cost*
For cancellation in stage 2 = you will be charged 20% of the total order
For cancellation in stage 3 = you will be charged 50% of the total order
But once the order reaches in stage 4th, order cannot be cancelled
*it includes total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and handling fee
Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, banner designing and design services orders*


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If there is an error from our side then we reprint the order. But no re-funds or credits.
For reprinting clients must have to notify the defect in the order to Printinghost.com within 6 business days after order acceptance. After that customer must have to return 99% of the defected order in one month (on their own expense), from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
All charges related to accelerate Printing or urgent Shipping is NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.


ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Printinghost.com offers following shipping options when placing an order. Shipping options may vary on each product.
• STANDARD SERVICE (Shipping Time NOT GUARANTEED):
Free Ground Shipping within 48 contiguous states. Usually Ships within 10 to 12 business days after final proof approval. Final proof approval must be received by 12:00 PM EST of business day otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping time. Shipping time for Standard Service is not guaranteed and is calculated based on our recent delivery history and may vary on each order.
• 8 Business Days Plan - Ships on the 8th business days:
Free Ground Shipping within 48 contiguous states. Product will be shipped within 12 business days after final proof approval. Final proof approval must be received by 12:00 PM EST of business day otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping time. For shipments to the state of Alaska, state of Hawaii or other U.S. Territories, please contact our Customer Service Department.
• 6 Business Days Plan - Ships on the 6th business days, plus Free Ground shipping included:
Free Ground shipping included within 48 contiguous states. Products will be shipped within 8 business day after final proof approval. Final proof approval must be received by 12:00 PM EST of business day otherwise one business day will be added to the shipping time.

Printinghost.com will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Printinghost.com be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

All Printinghost.com customers agree not to hold Printinghost.com liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond PrintingHost’s direct control.

PrintingHost’s shipment and delivery dates are basically calculated on estimates given by our suppliers and recent order history. We at PrintingHost will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.


INCOMPLETE PARTIAL ORDERS/SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We may have to ship the ordered quantity partially due to printing process error and in that case, balance of the order will be sent later. Sometimes your order may be shipped from multiple locations (Printers). In these cases your order may not all be delivered at the same time, please allow a few days from the date you expect your order to arrive for your complete order to be delivered.


SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $150.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. PrintingHost Inc is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

Each ordered product is usually shipped with few extra pieces at free of charge. Seldom order shipment may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Printing trade standards allow for underage or overages of up to 5%. Therefore, if exact quantity is needed then we suggest that you order 10% over the quantity needed.


PRINTING ORDER ROUTING

We have many affiliate printers in USA, Europe, Africa and Asia. An order can be routed to a printer in any location depending on the specifications and complexity of the job without any notice to the customer.


Wrong Address given By the Customer

If the order is not delivered due to the wrong shipping address, Printinghost.com will charge additional shipping charges for resending.
